Return / Exchange

Take control of your shopping experience with our seamless returns and exchanges policy. If you’re not satisfied or your items arrive damaged, can be Return within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ve made it easy for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with the refund / return procedure status.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Inquiry@artisticcowhide.com} and send your item to USA, UK warehouses.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Return Facility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as we offer “FREE SHIPPING”. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Is ordering online secure?

    To ensure your order is secure and privacy is protected, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that provides end to end encryption. We use the service of PayPal to receive your payments that are highly secure and reliable.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are delivered within 3-8 business days. In case it takes longer than the estimated date, contact our customer service, and we will be happy to assist. 
    Please note: Our Leather Carpets/ Patchwork rugs takes slightly more days, as these are made on order to order basis. (We do accept Expedited / Express orders)

    Do You Make Customize Sizes?

    Yes, we do accept customisation in our Cowhide Patchwork Rugs Only

    How Do I keep My Cowhide Clean?

    You can regularly vacuum the rugs without any issue. For stains, spills, or animal accidents, we recommend using a damp washcloth with some soap or our formulated Cowhide Cleaner. Additionally, you can steam clean your rug if you have any major stains.
